Functional Fitness Program written for those who:
- have sedentary jobs and despite that, want to get healthier, stronger, fitter and better looking โ
- have access to the gym ๐ช๐ป
- are familiar with basic movements (e.g., squat, deadlift and presses) ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
- have approx. 1 hour / 3 x times a weekโฑ๏ธ
- like to train with kettlebells, dumbbells and other free weights ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
- do not fear cardio ๐ด๐ปโโ๏ธ
